This website

• The website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• It is a static website: there are no logins, no forms and no databases behind it, and it does not collect or store personal information.
• It does not set cookies or use tracking scripts.

How CITE.AS is designed to handle your data

CITE.AS, our product, is built around keeping your business in control of its data and decisions:

• Read-only connections. Your systems stay the source of truth, connected read-only.
• Live records are not stored. Records from your live systems are read when needed, not kept.
• Your own data store. Files you upload stay in a store dedicated to your business, in your region.
• You choose where AI runs. You choose where AI processing runs during setup.
• People approve. The AI drafts. Anything that matters is designed to wait for a named person's approval, and every step is recorded.
• Your AI account, your cap. You pay for AI directly, on your own Anthropic (Claude) account. CITE.AS enforces the spending cap you set and never resells it.

The specific security arrangements for your deployment are agreed in writing with you before any of your data is connected.

If you believe you have found a security issue in this website or in one of our products, please email sales@futura5.com with the subject "Security". Please include enough detail for us to understand and reproduce it, and give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly.
